1. STRETCH



This is super simple as soon as you wake up stretch and this is pivotal because if you think about it when you're sleeping for about 8 hours your body is usually in different positions. So as you wake up your muscles a super tight so a natural boost of energy that you can do is to start stretching to not only loosen your muscles but but also get your heart working and blood pumping and this will give you a natural boost to wake up and take on the day and be more dominating.

2. PHONE



This one is Vital, you want to manage what's on your phone. Almost everyone that is young spent a large amount of time on their phones so instead of letting the phone consume us and control us use it to work for you if your feeds only consist of a bunch of memes and a bunch of stupid stuff or bunch of hot IG models. That's gonna reflect on your day and you're gonna spend the rest of your day either beating your meat or laughing your A** off both of which are completely unproductive instead what you should do is follow more motivational pages or informational pages that will energize your brain and turn you into that full beast that you are and now every time that you are on your phone you are growing instead of just killing time.

3. SELF-CARE

The most valuable thing that you own is YOU. Self-care will boost your self-confidence and self-worth and value that you place on yourself. Think about this that when you get you first new car or a new pair of shoes you take care of them, you protect them, you make sure that they're always super clean because you believe this item is super valuable  therefore you show the care they deserve. If you do that with this kind of like stuff that is meaningless why not do that with yourself the most valuable thing you own.Yes taking care of yourself is crucial. 

4. TIME



Wake up at the same time every single day and I'm not gonna tell you an exact time. I like waking up at 6:00 but whatever that time is for you set it and wake up at that time every day take control of because what happens is when you take control of that it sets you and control your day and it puts your mind in that position as if you got control of the rest of the day what you say go.

5. JOURNAL 



All the great men that changed History kept a daily dairy because of our minds are powerful, problem solving and idea creation machine. Writing ideas and thoughts to let you keep a collection of them that you can always reference back to and it also helps you remember things better and work through things out.



6. HAVE A PLAN EVERY DAY

Having a plan is most vital thing you can do that benefits you is to have a plan every day. Every morning take about two to five minutes to structure in your head, how you want your day to play out It's crazy how many of you literally just wake up and go through your days as Zombies and just repeat the process before you know it, you lived your so many years of your life and you never had control, you never had a plan.
